As a business owner, you can only succeed if you put care into your team. The only real way to show you care in the current day and age is with money. If you decide that you don’t think your team members are worth the money and would rather squirrel away the capital for yourself, be prepare for massive losses and a negative public image. Treat Your Workers Right or Suffer Consequences
